Where was "Ballyhoe, Muff"?

The tree gives Mary Burnside a birthplace of "Ballyhoe, Muff Parish." There is no townland of that name in Muff parish. The only Ballyhoe townlands in Donegal are near Raphoe and in Fanad, nowhere near Muff.

In 1857 the Burnsides were at Ture (John) and Drumskellan (William), both in the Three Trees district just west of Muff village, and they were still on those two farms in 1901 and 1911. Record

The tree also gives Mary's father as John Burnside, born about 1851. He cannot be her father, since she was born in 1837. He is probably the next generation on the Ture farm, and the real father is the John Burnside of Ture in 1857.

How to settle it: the 1858 White and Burnside marriage (see James White's parents) names Mary's father and usually her townland. Knowhead Presbyterian (Muff) baptisms from 1826 may have her baptism.
